The Hungarian STEM Platform – Obuda University STEAM Office is participating as a consortium partner in the project titled “EdTech Talents – Building Capacities for European EdTech Entrepreneurs and Talent Development,” implemented under the Horizon Europe Program and coordinated by Tallinn University.
The project aims to develop European educational technology entrepreneurs and talent management resources. Our participation is funded by the Self-Financing Support Program of the National Research, Development and Innovation Fund, which enables us to contribute actively to the project’s success and to the international advancement of Hungarian professional competencies and innovations.
The project shapes the future of digital education by bringing together academia, innovators, and industry leaders. Representing the Hungarian STEM Platform – Obuda University STEAM Office, Zoltán Márton (Head of Office) and Sándor Kirchhof (Software Developer / IT Project Manager) participated in the programs in Tallinn, including the DigiEduHack Main Stage event, capacity-building workshops, and a transnational project meeting.
“At these events, we were able to share our thoughts on the role of educational technology in learning environments and learn about best practices for strengthening ties between industry and academia within EdTech ecosystems,” shared Zoltán Márton, Head of Office.
The highlights of the event included panel discussions with policymakers, EdTech innovators, and educators, as well as exciting interactive workshops on the topics of effective public speaking and personal branding.
“We are grateful to our consortium partners for creating such a dynamic and collaborative environment for us. These experiences further strengthen our role in the project and reinforce our commitment to advancing digital education across Europe.”
